MobileMatch is a great dating service, where you are able to interact with other members via a WAP (mobile internet) site or via a normal online site. It’s all about flirting, dating, chatting and sharing content.
What features can I use with my membership on MobileMatch?
As a member, you have unlimited access to all the service and feature fo this service, including group chat, live 1-on-1 chat, photo profiles mail facilites, winks, gifts and more!
How do I become a member?
By going to the registration page, you are able to register to become a member directly. After entering you mobile number and carrier, we will send you a link to validate your mobile number. Alternatively you may txt MATCH to 40055
What are the costs of the iDate membership?
The costs of the service is R 5.50 per week. Data fees may apply.
Can someone else enter my mobile number and subscribe me?
No. In order for your mobile number to be registered to our service, a multi-step registration process must be completed via our webpage, using your mobile handset. If someone enters your mobile number on our webpage (either accidentally or purposefully); it is not possible for this person to register your mobile number to our service without being in possession of your mobile handset.
Therefore, if the person entering your mobile number on our webpage DOES NOT have access to your mobile handset then no registration of your mobile number will ever be completed.
How do I unsubscribe from the service?
There are four ways to stop the service:
1: Via text/sms: Customers can cancel at any time by texting the word STOP to 40055. The customer will be unsubscribed immediately.
2: Via e-mail: Customers can send an e-mail containing the mobile phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to info@mobilematch.co.za customer will be unsubscribed within 24 hours (during business days, otherwise on Monday after the weekend/holiday).
3: Via telephone helpline: Customers can call 021 404 3808. The customer will be unsubscribed immediately. Customers can also call this number for all other questions regarding the service.
My underage child has subscribed to the service.
We understand this is an unpleasant situation.
Our website clearly states that, in order to participate, users must be 18 years or older and/or have account holder's permission. We are not liable for purchases of minors without parental approval.
I didn't subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?
We are not allowed to send any messages to a cell phone number without registration of the mobile number by the owner or someone in possession of the mobile number.
